This policy explains how your information is handled when you visit motionenergy.com.tr, operated by [COMPANY NAME] ("MOTION", "we"), and when you use the forms on the site.
Information we collect
- Information you give us through forms: full name, company name, phone, email, country, city/region, type of cooperation and your message.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type and date and time of visit, kept in server logs.
- Small items stored in your browser: your language preference and the cookie used to count visitors. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Why we use it
- To review your dealership, distribution, sales point and quote requests and reply to you,
- To answer your contact requests,
- To keep the site secure and working properly and to prevent misuse,
- To see overall visitor numbers (no individual tracking).
Who we share it with
Your information is not sold or shared for advertising. It may be shared only as far as needed to provide the service with:
- The hosting provider of the site and the email infrastructure,
- Competent public authorities where required by law.
Fonts on the site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers. Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube links take you to those platforms, where their own privacy rules apply.
Retention and security
Form information is kept for as long as needed to review your request and run the business relationship, and for the periods required by law. It is protected by reasonable technical and organisational measures; only authorised people can access the admin panel.
Your rights
Your rights regarding your personal data and how to use them are explained in the KVKK Information Notice.
Changes
We may update this policy when needed. The current version is always published on this page.
